The application has been created toillustratethe cornerstones of the Mediterranean diet. It is also aprize forthe restaurants that participated to the public noticecalled“Piatto Mediterraneo” (Mediterranean Dish) for Expo 2015.Restaurants that offer specialities belonging totheMediterranean tradition have been reported, respectingtherequirements set by the Observatory on Mediterranean Diet.Opening hours, booking procedures, trails and places ofculturalinterest nearby the restaurants that adhere to the abovementionedinitiative are described in the following page.
